Prices: Translation costs:Translation costs are based on the number of words to be translated in the source text. Our standard rate for all languages is £20.00 per page or 10 pence per word which ever is the greater (VAT not included). We will ask to see a document first before giving a firm price, as the cost of translation will vary depending on the number of words on page. We offer a discount on large projects. Fill out the quote form and we will be happy to prepare a FREE cost estimate for you asap. The translation certificate and proofreading of the documents are included in the price of the translation. We will always try to be flexible to help you work within the constraints of the Community Legal Service and Criminal Defence Service. Additional costs: Affidavit sworn before a solicitor: Cost of swearing: approx £10.00 + VAT Translator's time & travel: approx £45.00 + VAT Affidavit sworn before a notary public Notary's fees: approx £50 - £70 + VAT Translator's time & travel: approx £45 + VAT Telephone interpreting: We work with a number of clients providing them with quality telephone interpreters – a simple, efficient and cost-effective alternative. The cost of teleconference is £30.00 per hour.
